Testimonials

James

” I gotta say, this fascia gun is awesome! It’s super compact, so I can easily take it with me anywhere. The different massage heads are really handy, letting me target exactly where I need it. The strength is just right—not too strong, but enough to really feel the relief. And the heated massage head? Total game-changer! It warms up and helps ease those sore muscles even more. Seriously, this thing’s a lifesaver after a workout! “

Group Class Objectives

Kids – Beginner Level

1. Fundamental Skills Training

We focus on building a strong technical foundation, including:

• Forehand

• Backhand

• Side-to-side footwork

• Topspin serves

• Basic backspin push

2. Building Interest & Match Ability

We aim to increase children’s interest in table tennis while helping them develop the ability to rally topspin balls with each other. Through practice, they will make more friends who share a love for the sport. This stage also prepares them for future looping techniques and more advanced backspin training.

Once students reach this level and have built a solid foundation, we recommend one-on-one lessons to further accelerate their improvement.

3. Physical Training

• Basic strength training

• Speed training

• Table tennis footwork drills

• Reaction training

• Agility and coordination development

Why Choose Us?

Strong Youth Community

We have trained multiple athletes who advanced to the U.S. National Team system and helped students compete in world-level competitions and even the Olympic Games. We are confident in our professional expertise and our ability to build a strong, long-term foundation for young players.

More Than Just Skills

We help children experience the joy of table tennis while developing coordination between hands, feet, eyes, and brain. This integrated development supports their overall growth and benefits them far beyond the sport itself.

What equipment do I need to start playing table tennis?

To get started, you’ll need a paddle (also called a racket or bat), table tennis balls, and access to a table tennis table with a net. Beginners usually start with a basic paddle, while advanced players often customize theirs for speed or spin.

They’re actually the same sport! Ping pong is the casual name, while table tennis is the official term used in professional competitions. The rules are identical, but table tennis usually refers to a more competitive level of play.

A legal serve must start with the ball resting freely on your palm. You need to toss it at least 6 inches (16 cm) straight up before striking it so that it first hits your side of the table, then your opponent’s. Spinning the ball during the serve can give you a competitive edge.
